To find the balance of a gift card simply visit our website, select Gift Cards at the bottom of any page then enter your 16 digit gift card number for the balance.

When redeeming a free food item online login into your account; make sure to add the item to your cart first then apply the reward.

Do you offer gluten-free options?
We do not offer gluten-free bread or rolls but we do have gluten-free options such as some of our rice bowls and steak or chicken topped salads. You can have any sandwich fixings on our rice bowls and we also offer salads that you can add steak or chicken to. Check out our Nutritional and Allergen pdf at the bottom of any page on our website.

Why is it that I'm met with a "grill down" cold sandwiches only, conveniently 1-2hrs before closing? Help Wanted, just my thoughts.....
That's not fair! You should be able to get whatever you want no matter what time it is. That grill down business doesn't sound right to me...
